At KidSpace we believe that children learn through play, exploration and open ended experiences. We encourage independence, self respect, social interaction, and art and sensory experiences.

KidSpace is a private, not for profit, child care and learning center located near Downtown Akron. Our newly expanded facility offers full-day and part-time child care for children newborn through 12 years of age. We pride ourselves on offering quality child care in an open, family-like setting. In addition to child care KidSpace offers full-day preschool for children 3-5 years of age.

Kidspace is a licensed daycare center under the Ohio Department of Human Services. The license is posted within the center and states the maximum number of children permitted in the center from each age group. Also, available upon request from the Department of Human Services are the Center's licensing record of compliance report forms and the evaluation forms from the health and building and fire departments that inspected the Center.
